1414 Degrees (ASX:14D) said the company is not aware of any undisclosed information that could explain the recent trading in its securities, according to its response to an Australian Securities Exchange price query filed with the Australian bourse on Tuesday.
The query was referring to the change in the price of the company's securities to AU$0.026 from AU$0.02 on Monday, as well as the increase in the volume of its securities traded, the filing said.
The company said its last release was on Dec. 17, regarding a new leader for its Silicon-Nanolattice Technology and Aurora projects, per the filing.
Shares fell 10% in afternoon trade on Tuesday.
