Control Bionics (ASX:CBL) completed the acquisition of 100% of Neuro Elite Athletics on Wednesday, with Control Bionics' US-based unit, Control Bionics Ngage, acquiring the remaining ownership interests in Neuro Elite Athletics, resulting in it becoming a wholly-owned unit of Control Bionics, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

The final consideration was $370,028, satisfied via the issue of 8.4 million ordinary fully paid shares in Control Bionics at an issue price of AU$0.0653 per share.
