Austin Metals (ASX:AYT) said the integration of recent field observations with regional analogue studies strengthened confidence in the gold targeting model for the Brunswick Hill prospect, part of the Austin gold project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The model identified oxide-facies jaspilite and magnetite-chert banded iron formations as the most favorable units for hosting gold mineralization.
It plans to conduct drilling in 2026, after geophysical interpretation and ground validation, to test strike and depth potential.
