IndoStar Capital Finance Sells Portion of Commercial Vehicle Loan Book to Phoenix ARC; Shares Fall 3%

IndoStar Capital Finance (NSE:INDOSTAR, BOM:541336) has sold a portion of its commercial vehicle loan portfolio to Phoenix ARC, according to a stock exchange filing on Monday.

The sale covers outstanding dues of 1.36 billion Indian rupees, with a purchase consideration of up to 1.09 billion rupees, the filing said.

The accounts were resolved on Dec. 29, in line with RBI's Master Directions on Transfer of Loan Exposures, the company said in the filing.

IndoStar shares fell over 3% in Tuesday's trade.
