Katana Capital (ASX:KAT) declared a dividend of AU$0.005 per security for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, payable on Jan. 30, to shareholders on record as of Jan. 9, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend was unchanged from last year, an earlier filing showed.
