Roadzen (RDZN) on Wednesday filed a registration statement covering the potential sale of securities from time to time.

The filing covers the issuance of up to 19,157,081 shares, comprised of up to 9,152,087 shares issuable from the exercise of the same number of warrants held by Vahanna and some transferees, and up to 10,004,994 shares issuable from the exercise of warrants.

The filing also covers the resale by selling securityholders of up to 9,152,087 warrants and 10,300,961 shares of Roadzen.
