** Piper Sandler upgrades ANET to "overweight" from "neutral"; raises PT to $159 from $145, a 19% upside to stock's last close

** While concerns remain around share shifts toward whitebox/NVIDIA and the AI-driven capex cycle, ANET continues to hold its position with key customers, expand in large enterprise accounts across datacenters and campuses, and typically experiences delayed capex compared to peers - Piper Sandler
