Seven West Media (ASX:SWM) said that the scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of the firm by Southern Cross Media Group (ASX:SXL) was implemented on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's shares were suspended from trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on Dec. 24, and it expects to be delisted from the exchange, effective Jan. 8, the filing said.
Its shareholders were paid 0.1552 Southern Cross shares for every company share held on Dec. 30, 2025, the filing added.
Shares of Southern Cross Media Group rose past 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
