Hogy Medical (TYO:3593) revised its opinion and related disclosures supporting a tender offer by TCG2509 following the discovery of an error in the reported number of shares held by investment manager Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co (GMO).

The amendment shows GMO holds nearly 2.3 million shares, an increase of 18,200 shares from the previously stated 2.2 million shares, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

Hogy Medical said the revision does not change the terms or conditions of the tender offer, including the minimum purchase threshold or the company's recommendation to tender.
