0325 GMT - Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust is poised for strong 2026 earnings, as it's been executing well on its portfolio rebalancing strategy, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a research report. In 2025, the trust divested EUR140 million of assets at 5.6% premium over the latest valuations, bringing total divestments since 2022 to EUR409.1 million, the analyst notes. Following these divestments, the trust's logistics and light industrial segment will account for around 59% of its total portfolio, with management intending to rebalance exposure to this segment to 70% by 2027. RHB raises its 2026-2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the trust by 1%. It raises the target price to EUR1.95 from EUR1.90 with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 1.2% higher at EUR1.66.
