Frontier Names James Dempsey CEO; Lifts Q4 Adjusted EPS Toward Higher End of Guidance

Frontier (ULCC) said Thursday that James Dempsey has been named president and chief executive officer, effective Wednesday.

Dempsey was named the discount airline group's interim chief executive last month, the company said.

Frontier also said it now expects to report Q4 adjusted diluted EPS toward the higher end of its previous guidance of $0.04 to $0.20 per share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.07.

Shares of the company were up 2.6% in recent premarket activity.
