Bleichroeder Acquisition (BBCQU) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 25 million units, each consisting of one class A share and one-third of one redeemable warrant.
The company said its units are expected to begin trading Thursday on Nasdaq under the ticker 'BBCQU'.
Each whole warrant allows the holder to buy one Class A share at $11.50, the company said.
Bleichroeder Acquisition said once the units separate, the class A shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols 'BBCQ' and "BBCQW," respectively. That offering is expected to close Friday.
The company said the underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 3.75 million units to cover any over-allotments.
