Diamond Electric Holdings (TYO:6699) said 60,000 new shares were issued in December through the exercise of its eighth series stock acquisition rights allocated to EVO Fund, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
A total of 600 units, or 0.7% of the 85,000 rights issued, were exercised during the month, leaving 84,400 units unexercised at the end of December.
The exercises resulted in an issuance ratio of 0.65% against total listed shares, within exchange limits.
