AZZ (AZZ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income late Wednesday of $1.52 per diluted share, up from $1.39 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.47.

Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $425.7 million, up from $403.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $418.1 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company narrowed its guidance for adjusted EPS to between $5.90 and $6.20 from $5.75 and $6.25 earlier and revenue between $1.625 billion and $1.700 billion from $1.625 billion and $1.725 billion earlier.

Analysts expect $6.01 and $1.64 billion, respectively.

Shares of the company were up more than 2.4% in after-hours trading.
