Aztech Global (SGX:8AZ) completed the sale and leaseback of factory buildings and land in Dongguan, China, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

In an earlier filing, the company's subsidiary, Aztech Communication Device, had agreed to dispose of factory buildings and lands for around 41 million yuan.

Under a supplementary agreement, the subsidiary had also decided to lease back part of the property.
