Image credit: Xpeng)\nXpeng (NYSE: XPEV, HKG: 9868) commenced deliveries of the 2026 P7+ as the sedan reached a key milestone.\nHe Xiaopeng, chairman and CEO of the Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker, delivered the first updated P7+ vehicles to owners at the company's Guangzhou factory on Friday, Xpeng announced today.\nThe P7+ saw its 100,000th vehicle roll off the production line on Friday, the company said. This milestone comes 14 months after the model's market launch.\n\n\nJoin us on \nTelegram\n or \nGoogle News\n\n\nXpeng launched the 2026 P7+ on Thursday, maintaining the same starting price as its predecessor at RMB 186,800 ($26,760) while adding extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) options.\nThe updated P7+ will be launched in 36 countries and regions, Xpeng said Thursday. The company currently operates in 60 countries and regions.\n\nThe P7+ was initially launched in China on November 7, 2024, with only battery electric vehicle (BEV) versions available at the time.\nThe updated P7+ BEV offers two variants -- 615 Max and 725 Max -- starting at RMB 186,800 and RMB 198,800 respectively.\nThe P7+ EREV also offers two variants, with starting prices of RMB 186,800 and RMB 198,800 respectively.\nBeyond the updated P7+, Xpeng also launched the 2026 model year G6 and G9 SUVs on Thursday, while adding EREV options for the G7 SUV.\nXpeng delivered 37,508 vehicles in December, bringing its full-year 2025 deliveries to 429,445 units -- a 125.94% year-on-year increase.\nThe P7+ contributed 70,621 deliveries from January to November, accounting for 18.02% of Xpeng's total deliveries during that period, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.\nDecember delivery figures for the sedan are currently unavailable.
