Cellnex said on Thursday its finance unit completed pricing of two euro-denominated bond series.

Separately, Goldman Sachs cut Cellnex to "neutral" from "buy."

REPSOL REP.MC

Oil major Chevron Corp CVX.N, global trading houses Vitol and Trafigura, and other firms are competing for U.S. government deals to export crude oil from Venezuela, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Sacyr said on Thursday it agreed to execute a capital increase of up to 24 million euro via a scrip dividend and would pay 0.049 euro gross per right.

Gestamp said on Thursday it modified 1.70 billion euro financing agreement, extending its maturity from 2028 to 2031, adjusting the cost and linking it to enhanced sustainability objectives.

Santander has bought 49% of Chilean real estate firm Punta Blanca from Inversiones FHF through a new alternative investment fund focused on commercial properties for institutional clients, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Friday.

OHLA has cleared all approvals to start building and marketing its first residential project, a 26-unit luxury complex in Castellon, partnering with Swiss multi-family office Soter Capital Advisors, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Friday.

Jefferies cut Almirall's target price to 16 euros from 17.5 euros.

INMOBILIARIA DEL SUR ISUR.MC

The company said on Thursday its unit Insur Promocion Integral would hold an assembly for 30 million euro bondholders to approve extending the bond maturity to Dec. 10, 2030.
