In connection with the transaction, Matt Soule, former CEO of Ennis-Flint and Senior Advisor at Radial, has joined the combined company as interim Chief Executive Officer. "I am excited to step into this role and help build upon the remarkable legacies of both Cortina and Plasticade," Soule said. We are thrilled to partner with Plasticade and Radial, and are confident that our shared vision positions the combined group for continued success." The Giannelli family will retain an ownership stake in the company following the transaction.

David Foy, President of Plasticade, added, "This is a highly complementary merger that provides an expanded product offering and enhanced manufacturing capabilities. The combination accelerates our mission to provide innovative products and deliver exceptional value and service to our customers."
