Saunders International (ASX:SND) secured a AU$16.4 million contract from Ampol (ASX:ALD) for a project that includes the renewal and refurbishment of an existing fuel storage tank at Ampol's Lytton refinery in Brisbane, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The project is set to start immediately and is expected to contribute to Saunders' revenue and earnings in fiscal 2026 and 2027, the filing said.

Saunders International's shares shed about 1% in recent Thursday trade, while Ampol's shares added 1%.
