** West Coast Eggs, a substantial holder of co, intends to sell up to 30 million shares on-market at a price of A$0.20, a discount to the stock's last close

** Parties associated with co's management indicated they intend to acquire up to 7 million of these shares

** About 30.2 million shares change hands, 734.4 times the 30-day avg
