RocketBoots (ASX:ROC) has amended its AU$7 million placement to add 100,000 shares, bringing the total to 28.1 million new shares at AU$0.25 each to support its international expansion, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The new shares will rank equally with the company's existing fully paid ordinary shares, with no other changes to the placement terms, the filing added.
