Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) said its 20,000-meter diamond drilling program at the Western Queen gold project intersected multiple high-grade gold intercepts, with all holes intersecting the predicted mineralized position, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The drilling encountered intercepts of 5.8 meters at 30.72 grams per tonne grade of gold from 314.6 meters, as well as 12 meters at 3.40g/t grade of gold from 283 meters. The drilling also encountered tungsten mineralization, including an intercept of one meter at 1.24% tungsten oxide from 215 meters.
Its shares jumped 16% in recent trading on Wednesday, reaching the highest point in over a year.
