H.B. Fuller logged lower organic revenue in its latest quarter as volumes declined.

The adhesives manufacturer said Wednesday it swung to a fourth quarter profit of $29.7 million, or 54 cents a share, compared with a loss of $7.4 million, or 13 cents a share, a year earlier.

Adjusted earnings per share were $1.28, ahead of estimates of $1.23 a share according to analysts polled by FactSet.

Revenue fell 3.1% to $894.8 million, missing analyst estimates of $902.5 million. Sales were down in part because the company sold its North America flooring business in the first quarter of 2025. Without that sale, revenue increased 0.9%, H.B. Fuller said.

Organic revenue also fell, as volume pressures offset higher prices, the company said.

Chief Executive Celeste Mastin said the company strengthened its partnerships and competitive positioning in the quarter despite a tough demand landscape and unpredictable economic backdrop.

"We are exiting the fourth quarter with strong momentum heading into 2026," Mastin said, noting the company remains on track for higher margins this year.

For 2026, the company expects adjusted earnings per share of $4.35 to $4.70 and revenue to be flat to up 2%. Analysts were looking for adjusted earnings of $4.62 a share and revenue of $3.55 billion.
