Centurion (SGX:OU8) completed the acquisition of a purpose-built student accommodation in Sydney, Australia, EPIISOD Macquarie Park, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the property developer were up over 5% in Wednesday trading.
