Deppon Logistics' (SHA:603056) board of directors approved its plan to delist from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

JD Logistics (HKG:2618), the logistics company's actual controller, will offer a cash option to shareholders, who will vote on the delisting on Jan. 29.
