Polymetals Resources (ASX:POL) said that the impact of the deaths of two of its staff at Endeavor mine in New South Wales (NSW), along with resignations and workers-compensation-related absences, affected December 2025 quarter production rates, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
