SurgePays Outsources Finances to Mack, Names Pullano Interim CFO

SurgePays named Chelsea Pullano as interim finance chief effective immediately as it outsources its financial and accounting work.

The holding company said Mack Financial Services, of which Pullano is chief executive officer, will provide financial, accounting, and executive financial services, according to a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Pullano will serve as interim CFO on a part-time basis, working at least 40 hours per month for the company.

SurgePays will pay Pullano and Mack each $5,000 per month for their services.
