Black Bear Minerals (ASX:BKB) said reverse circulation drilling at the Rebel Peak target, part of the Independence project in Nevada, returned extensions to gold-silver mineralization of the near-surface mineral resource estimate, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

It encountered intercepts of 47.3 meters at 0.4 grams per tonne grade of gold-equivalent from 24.4 meters, as well as 61 meters at 0.4 g/t grade of gold-equivalent from 13.7 meters.
