Health care stocks were declining premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) and iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) 0.9% lower.

AstraZeneca (AZN) shares were down more than 4% after the company said it has filed a notice of voluntary withdrawal of its American depositary shares, comprising ordinary shares of $0.25 apiece.
