Jabil (JBL) said Tuesday that it has made a minority investment and launched a manufacturing collaboration with EHT Semi, a provider of RF and pulsed-power systems.

Financial details of the deal were not provided.

The collaboration will integrate Jabil's manufacturing capabilities with EHT Semi's technologies to address issues in semiconductor fabrication, Jabil said.
