Payoneer Global (PAYO) said Tuesday that it has acquired Irish employer of record platform Boundless.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Payoneer said Boundless works with companies to handle cross-border payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance. It also said the acquisition is part of its strategy to grow its European footprint and expand its service to global customers.

Shares of Payoneer were down 1.7% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
