Critica (ASX:CRI) began the scoping study phase for its Jupiter rare earth project in Western Australia, with the study expected to be completed in the first half of the year, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

It appointed Sedgman to lead the scoping study, supported by Snowden Optiro, which will provide specialist mining input, and SRK Consulting, which will oversee resource updates and optimization.
