GS Holdings (SGX:43A) unit, Octopus Distribution Networks, agreed with Tsingtao Brewery(HKG:0168) to import, market, promote, sell, resell and distribute stock-keeping units of Tsingtao Beer and Tsingtao Draft Beer, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The agreement is to distribute the products to retailers for a period of two years.
