Pacific Radiance (SGX:RXS) allotted and issued 19,300 shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the allotment and issuance, the total issued and paid up capital increased to 1.46 billion shares.

Meanwhile, the new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Jan. 21.
