Nanhua Futures (HKG:2691, SHA:603093) said the stabilization period for its Hong Kong initial public offering ended on Friday, Jan. 16, with no stabilization actions taken and the overallotment option lapsing, according to a same-day bourse filing.
The company said there was no overallocation of Hong Kong-listed shares under the international offering, and no shares were issued under the overallotment option.
Nanhua Futures said it continues to meet Hong Kong's public float requirement following the end of the stabilization period.
