Docebo (DCBO) said Tuesday it acquired skills intelligence and workforce analytics company 365Talents for about $54.6 million in cash.

Docebo also agreed to pay up to $5.1 million in additional earn-out cash consideration, subject to certain financial milestones. The company said it plans to maintain the 365Talents brand.

Docebo expects the acquired business to generate about $9 million in revenue from the period following the deal's closing through Dec. 31.

The company's shares were down 2.3% in recent premarket activity.
