Semiconductor and electronics test company AEM (SGX:AWX), granted 824,000 shares to its employees at SG$1.142 per share pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the employee share option scheme, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Jan. 21.

Following the issuance, the total number of issued and paid-up share capital stands at 314.6 million shares.
