Penguin Solutions' (PENG) Cree LED brand and Blizzard Lighting said Tuesday they have reached a settlement resolving a patent infringement dispute involving LED components commonly used in LED displays.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cree LED has granted Blizzard a limited license to certain patents covering LED components, ending the litigation between the companies.

Further details of the settlement were not disclosed.
