Anteris Technologies (ASX:AVR) priced its $200 million public offering of around 34.8 million shares at $5.75 apiece, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5.2 million shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Anteris Technologies' shares surged 20% in recent Wednesday trade.
