Eaton (ETN) said Friday it has closed the $1.55 billion acquisition of UK-based Ultra PCS from Cobham Ultra Group.

Ultra PCS, which makes electronic controls, sensing products, and data processing offerings for aerospace customers, expects 2025 sales of around $240 million.
