Aptera Motors (SEV) said Friday it priced a public offering of 4.5 million shares of class B common stock together with warrants to purchase up to the same number of shares.

Shares sank 39% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 7.1 million from a daily average of about 210,000.

Capital One Financial (COF) said late Thursday it agreed to buy AI-powered financial software platform Brex for $5.15 billion in a cash-and-stock deal.

Shares dropped 6.7%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 9.3 million, versus a daily average of roughly 4.1 million.
