Critica (ASX:CRI) has completed a two-tranche placement, securing AU$8 million to fund operations at its Jupiter Rare Earth Project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company confirms it completed tranche two of the placement on Thursday, issuing 92.3 million shares at AU$0.026 each, along with one-for-one free-attaching options exercisable at AU$0.043 with a two-year expiry, per the filing.
The directors also participated in the placement, acquiring 12.3 million shares with matching options, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 4% in recent Thursday trade.
