NEW YORK, Jan 21 (Reuters) - Marathon MPC.N will begin planned maintenance activities on units at its 255,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Robinson, Illinois in March, a source familiar with plant operations said on Wednesday.

The maintenance work is expected to last about two months, the source said.

Marathon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
