NextEd Group (ASX:NXD) said changes to the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students are not expected to have a material impact on its earnings or student enrollments, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The amendments prohibit education providers from paying education agent commissions for recruiting international students who transfer onshore from another registered provider before completing their principal course of study, the filing said.
