Regions Financial (RF) unit Regions Bank said Wednesday that it is collaborating with Global Payments (GPN) unit Worldpay to provide payment processing technology to its business clients.

Regions said the collaboration will enable its business clients to sell in-store and online, with multiple payment options. The company said the partnership will also provide its clients with fraud protection, intelligent authentication, disputes, and chargeback management.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
