Credo Technology Group (CRDO) said Thursday it signed a patent license and mutual covenant agreement with 3M (MMM) for Credo's active electrical cable technology.

The company said it will grant 3M a license to certain of its patents.

Financial and other contractual details were not provided.

Shares of Credo were up more than 3% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
