U.S. Can Acquire Greenland and Still Keep NATO 'Very Happy', Trump Says -- WSJ

President Trump told reporters he wants to keep the U.S. in the NATO alliance and suggested that he could reach an agreement to acquire Greenland that would make the transatlantic alliance's members happy.

Trump said he has helped make NATO stronger and "does not agree with a lot of the things they've done," but if "NATO doesn't have us, NATO is not very strong." On Greenland, the president said he thought "we will work something out where NATO is going to be very happy and where we're going to be very happy. But we need it for security purposes."
