Tivan (ASX:TVN) said that the feasibility study for the Speewah fluorite project in Western Australia is scheduled for completion in February, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company completed phase one of a supporting drilling program of 213 drill holes for around 23,000 meters drilled, the filing said. It also sent the first acid-grade fluorspar product samples from the project to potential end users in Asia for assessment as part of the offtake marketing program being advanced by Sumitomo.
The firm's shares rose nearly 7% in recent trading on Wednesday.
