Low Keng Huat (Singapore) (SGX:F1E) said its Malaysian subsidiary, Vista Mutiara, has been placed under members' voluntary liquidation, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Liquidators have been appointed for the subsidiary, the filing stated.

The company said the liquidation will not have any material impact on the group's consolidated earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the fiscal year ending Jan. 31.
