Indivior Pharmaceuticals (INDV) said Monday it has completed its redomiciliation to the US from the UK to enhance its US capital markets footprint and raise equity indexation.

Under the redomiciliation, Indivior Pharmaceuticals becomes the new parent company of Indivior PLC, which has been renamed as Indivior Ltd., according to the company.

Indivior said its common shares will trade on Nasdaq under the current "INDV" ticker.
